Halden holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester, Simon School of Business. He also participated in the international exchange program at the Bern School of Business in Switzerland and Paris, France.

In addition, Halden earned two separate Bachelor of Science Degrees in Engineering from Clarkson University – Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management. While at Clarkson University, Halden was the Solar Race Car team leader for composites and structure leading the team to develop one of the most innovative vehicles to race (Race was over 1000 miles Indiana to Colorado). Halden also held many first place rankings representing his dojo for Kata and Sparing throughout his college career. Halden is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Continuous Improvement Champion (George Group Certified) with experience leading 100+ Kaizen events with over $50m in impact (commercial, operations and product initiatives). Halden Zimmermann authored many continuous improvement best practices and articles, a continuous improvement handbook for managers and classes / articles on a sense of urgency culture in organizations. In addition there are multiple clients in Halden’s name around B2B value added products, which were spurned from the leadership roles he had at Cardinal Health.
